Summer or Fall? I really can't tell!

Maya is so funny...she loves to undress herself, usually at the most inopportune times.

Lily's first day of Pre-k. She was utterly upset that class was over and we had to go home...she LOVED it!!

Happy Birthday Lily! She wanted 'a giant Rapunzel Tower that everyone can eat.'
Well, I aim to please.

We had a friend party and made Rapunzel Hair exentions...these were for the non-partiers.

Oh, Alisa, my how you've grown. 6 months already!

Shoe anyone? Whipped these up for a RS activity

Keoni's first day of 1st grade!

Happy Wedding!

My BIL Joey and Sarah got married this week, Congrats you two! I was honored to make their wedding cake for them. Sarah just wanted cupcakes...I think it turned out nice.

Does life ever slow down?

so JL was in this hilarious play: the complete works of William Shakespeare, abridged. 3 actors going through all of Shakespeare's plays, playing all the parts (boy and girl), hilarious! It was so fun to see!

My sister graduated from college! Good job Sara! (and I made her a cake)

Alisa is so cute! 3 months now.

Maya is 2! I wanted her to have a giant cupcake cake...it was almost bigger than her. JL was my assistant on this cake, he did great! If his currant profession doesn't work out, maybe cake-decorating would be an option?!

Loosing teeth everywhere!!

Aahhh, new baby-ness

Alisa is already 8 weeks old! Growing fast (and fat for that matter!) She's able to check of the chubby cheeks, double chin, and hidden-fat-roll-under-the -diaper.

John Lee blessed Alisa yesterday. So good to see everyone and visit on Alisa's special day!

Proudly Announcing....

Alisa Joy Roring

Born Friday, March 4, 2011, 3:10pm

7lbs 14oz 20.5 inches

I took this pic this morning...already 5 days old, can't believe it! This was yet another speedy delivery. I went to the hospital to be induced (already in labor, though). We waited around all morning for my doctor to finish some surgeries, she broke my water at 2:36pm, and went to lunch. A really tough half hour later, the RN delivered our baby! Yes, that's right, the Dr. still missed the delivery and she was IN the hospital!! She showed up in time to deliver the placenta, though...I wonder who's name will appear on the birth certificate?!?

A little Roring Baby Trivia:

One baby in each season- late December, mid September, late May, early March
One baby in each time of day- 12:56am, 9:49am, 3:10pm, 7:46pm
All sizes- 6lbs 2oz, 7lbs 14 oz, 8lbs 2oz, 8lbs 9oz (Maya was the chunk)

We're home and doing pretty good. If you're close, come see us!
